How do I look after my necklace?

The necklace is cute, however the clasp itself is so heavy that it constantly spins down to the front so I always have to adjust the necklace for it to actually sit nicely. It also had different lengths you could choose from and adjust accordingly but honestly that was also annoying and so I cut off the extra chain in hopes that it would help to stop the whole thing moving down to the front of my neck but it didn’t. Had I known this I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Overall it’s a cute necklace but I wouldn’t buy again.
