Chlorine does not easily damage options such as these, so you can wear them confidently when swimming.

If you're wearing solid gold jewellery, such as lightweight gold plated steel necklaces, when you work out, your sweat and the oils will not damage its quality. And the same goes for platinum jewellery, such as small platinum stud earrings, which can withstand the oils and moisture of your body. This is because these materials are tarnish-resistant and waterproof and are good options to wear while working out.
