Easy purchase experience and a beautiful necklace. Very delicate; be careful not to tangle the extender chain. I love the little detail of the heart engraved on the clasp.

Beautiful Christmas present for my daughter came packaged wonderfully and necklace appears great quaility.. Unfortunately in our experience the clip broke while swimming and is now gone just a few weeks after.
I wear the necklace daily and also shower with it on and have seen no signs of tarnish after 2 months. The letter is light so the chain does turn on your neck often. Can wear it different lengths which helps to layer with other chains.
They’re customer service team is basically non-existent. I wasn’t sent the correct letter, reached out to them straight away and still haven’t heard anything back from them
